Manually Unlocking a Samsung Galaxy S3 and Note 2
Open your mobile and check the android version of the mobile. You check the android version from the setting – About device. If your phone is higher than 4.1.1 then only this method works. You can upgrade your android version from the setting panel to about device and then select update device option. If you have custom ROM installed then this method doesn’t work with your device.
Now open the dialer and dial *#197328640# this will opens the service mode select “UMTS”. In this menu you must have to select “DEBUG SCREEN”, click on the phone control them to the option Network Lock.
Look for the Perso SHA256 Off option and wait for 30 seconds and choose NW Lock NV Data INITIALLIZ. Reboot the mobile and enjoying the other carriers.

Manually Unlocking a Samsung Galaxy S4
For this method open the dialer and dial *#27663368378#. Choose UMTS option from the service menu. Move as indicated here; DEBUG SCREEN-PHONE CONTROL-NETWORK LOCK. Select the Perso SHA256 Off option and then SHA256_ENABLED_FLAG. After that Backup, the files and return to the UMTS menu to COMMON and then to NV REBUILD.
